- **Intervention** (EXPERIMENTAL) — One school semester MBSR training for teacher; followed by one school semester mindfulness training for children and one school semester follow-up period.
- **Waitlist** (OTHER) — One school semester waitlist; followed by one school semester MBSR training for teacher and one school semester MBSR training for children.
