By requesting an API key, sending a request to /api/agent/v1/*, or invoking a tool against the MCP server at /mcp, you agree to these terms.
The TrialPath agent API and MCP server expose a read interface over a mirror of ClinicalTrials.gov, plus Parkinson's-curated overlays (AI summaries and five-word goals). Pricing, free-tier daily quota, and per-call USDC settlement on Base are described at /agents and in /api/agent/v1/openapi.json.
Per-call payments are settled in USDC on Base via the x402 facilitator. On-chain settlement is final; we cannot reverse a settled payment. Prepaid credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and do not expire. Failed webhook deliveries are automatically refunded to your prepaid balance per the documented retry policy.
Trial summaries and "fit" scores returned by the API are informational only and do not constitute medical advice. Decisions about clinical trial enrollment must be made in consultation with a qualified clinician. We make no warranty that any trial listing is current or accurate at the moment of your call; the underlying CT.gov mirror refreshes nightly.
The Service is provided "as is" without uptime SLA. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced at /agents when practical.
We may revoke any API key at any time for violation of these terms, suspected abuse, or non-payment of x402 obligations. You may revoke your own key by emailing spencer@parkinsonspathways.com. Prepaid credit balances on revoked keys are forfeit if the revocation is for cause; otherwise we will issue a USDC refund to a wallet you nominate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parkinson's Pathways is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Aggregate liability for direct damages is capped at the total USDC you have paid to the Service in the 90 days preceding the claim.
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above is authoritative. Material changes are announced at /agents and emailed to active key owners at least 14 days in advance.
