## Summary For Families

The goal is to understand how confident people with Parkinson's feel about their balance, how much fear of movement (kinesiophobia) they have, and which clinical or physical factors are linked to those feelings. Participants will not receive any new treatment, instead they will complete assessments and questionnaires and undergo observational tests that measure balance confidence, kinesiophobia, and related clinical features so researchers can spot patterns that may guide rehab or fall-prevention approaches. The study is enrolling volunteers aged 50 to 80 with idiopathic Parkinson's at Hoehn and Yahr stages 1 to 3, who have an MMSE of 24 or higher and no other neurological, musculoskeletal, psychiatric conditions, or interfering medications.

- **Minimum age:** 50 Years
- **Maximum age:** 80 Years
- **Sex:** ALL

### Full Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

* Diagnosis of Idiopathic Parkinson's Disease by a neurology specialist.
* Modified Hoehn-Yahr Staging Scale classification between stages 1-3.
* Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score of 24 or higher.
* Age between 50-80 years.
* Volunteered to participate in the study.

Exclusion Criteria:

* Use of medications, apart from routine Parkinson's disease treatments, that could affect balance or muscle strength.
* Presence of neurological or musculoskeletal conditions other than Parkinson's disease.
* Refusal to participate in the study.
* Presence of psychiatric disorders.
* Presence of cognitive impairments.
