## Summary For Families

ActivPARK wants to map how much and what kinds of physical activity people with Parkinson's actually do, and how activity levels link to symptoms and daily function so future exercise programs can be better targeted. The team will observe participants and collect activity and symptom data to chart real-world patterns, identify practical barriers, and pinpoint targets for later interventions. People diagnosed with Parkinson's at Hoehn and Yahr stages 1 to 4 can join, there are no age or sex limits, and the pilot plans to enroll about 50 participants.

Inclusion Criteria:

* Diagnosed with Parkinson's disease
* Mild to severe disease severity ( Hoehn \& Yahr 1-4).

Exclusion Criteria:

* None
