The goal is to improve postural balance and reduce falls in people with early to moderate Parkinson's, by training the brain to manage movement and attention together more reliably. Participants practice dual-task exercises, for example walking or standing while doing a mental task like counting or a hands-on task like carrying objects, which aims to make balance control more automatic compared with a standard rehabilitation program. Adults over 30 with Parkinson's at Hoehn and Yahr stage less than 3 who can give consent and have had stable medications for at least 3 months are eligible, while people with dementia, serious psychiatric conditions, or who need medication changes are excluded.
