Prasinezumab Clinical Trials for Parkinson's
Prasinezumab is an investigational antibody designed to target alpha-synuclein, the protein that clumps together in the brains of people with Parkinson's. The hope is that clearing or neutralizing this protein could slow how quickly the disease progresses.
It belongs to a wave of disease-modifying drugs aimed at the underlying biology of Parkinson's rather than just its symptoms. Trials have studied it mainly in people in the earlier stages of the disease.
Below are the recruiting trials we track that involve prasinezumab. Sign up to be emailed when a new trial opens.
